All members were required to register in advance, via an online booking system and provide proof of current membership by stating their membership number. \n\nThe purpose of the membership business meeting was:\n\nTo inform and consider the accounts and reports of the Board of Directors and Executive CommitteeTo respond to questions submitted virtually and from attendeesThe 2022/23 Annual report was circulated in advance to enable members to propose any questions.
