DESCRIPTION:Sarah Seddon and Duncan Rudkin joined us on 22nd September to share experience and information on the GPhC's recently released Duty of Candour resources.\n\nAPTUK hosted a webinar on the 22nd of September discussing Duty of Candour. Sarah Seddon (a pharmacist by background) joined us to share her own experience and Duncan Rudkin Chief Executive of the GPhC discussed the GPhC's recently released duty of candour resources.\n\nThe resources highlight that the duty of candour is not an add-on – it’s a fundamental part of pharmacy professional practice. These resources bring together relevant existing GPhC policy, standards, and previous statements on pharmacy professionals’ professional obligations with respect to candour when things go wrong.\n\nThe event was recorded and is available to APTUK members.\n\n\n\n
