Mentoring can be a powerful tool for supporting career development, building confidence, and opening pathways into leadership roles in pharmacy. But what does mentoring actually involve, and how can pharmacy technicians get involved?
In this webinar, we will explore the role of mentoring in professional development and introduce ENIGMA, a national mentoring network supporting inclusive leadership development across pharmacy. The session will highlight how mentoring can benefit both mentees and mentors, and how pharmacy technicians can access opportunities to grow, lead, and contribute to a more inclusive profession.
Attendees will hear real experiences from an ENIGMA mentor and mentee, alongside a leadership-development perspective focused on professional growth, plus practical guidance on how to get started—whether you are looking for a mentor or interested in becoming one.
