The Royal Pharmaceutical Society, The Association of Pharmacy Technicians UK and NHS England and NHS Improvement held a joint Inclusive Pharmacy Practice webinar for system pharmacy professionals on Tuesday 5th April 2022.

To understand more about population health management, the tools associated with it, the impact on health inequalities and the exciting work happening in this field.
This webinar is aimed at ICS, CCG and PCN pharmacy colleagues, but open to all pharmacy professionals wanting to improve their understanding of population health management and health inequalities.
