Coaching programme available to everyone working in primary care. 24 November 2022 Looking after you: confidential coaching and support for the primary care workforce NHS England has introduced a new programme for the primary care workforce, designed to support primary care staff to help them stay well, recognising the additional pressures and challenges that the winter period brings. The three confidential coaching offers have been designed to be easily accessible and tailored to individual needs. Experienced coaches can help you as an individual, support you to manage your team and reflect on your career goals and ambitions.
