To further develop the vision and support the development of a future vaccination strategy, we are interested in hearing your views.
The COVID-19 vaccination programme is now coming to a point where we will soon be able to look towards the future.
To further develop the vision and support the development of a future vaccination strategy, we are interested in hearing your views so we may respond on behalf of our members. To help us develop our response, we ask that you complete the following questionnaire. Please provide as much information as you feel appropriate. You can complete all questions or just the ones that you feel are relevant.
NHS England is seeking engagement from the market to inform the future shape of vaccination services and identify potential opportunities to integrate the COVID-19 vaccination programme with other NHS-delivered immunisations.
The COVID-19 Vaccination Programme for England has been responsible for the planning and delivery of the COVID-19 vaccination to date. It ensured the safe and effective management and delivery of vaccination on a scale not seen before in the NHS and in an unprecedented, emergency context.
Over the coming months, depending on advice from the Joint Committee on Vaccinations and Immunisations (JCVI), NHS England anticipate COVID-19 vaccination will move towards a seasonal service. In addition, NHS England has responsibility for a wider set of immunisation programmes and, building on lessons from COVID-19 vaccination delivery, is now taking this opportunity to consider the future strategy for the delivery of all vaccinations.
