To coincide with Mental Health Awareness Week, APTUK took part in a Wellbeing and Patient Safety Roundtable event on the 17th May which was hosted by the RPS and ran in collaboration with Pharmacist Support.
To coincide with Mental Health Awareness Week, APTUK took part in a Wellbeing and Patient Safety Roundtable event on the 17th May which was hosted by the RPS and ran in collaboration with Pharmacist Support.
The event aimed to bring together a range of employers, unions, regulators, professional bodies and the NHS to discuss staff wellbeing and patient safety. Representatives shared insight and understanding on how the wellbeing of staff impacts patients to show that staff wellbeing needs to be considered at a system level as well as an individual level.
